Whirl-Mart Video

Whirl-Mart is a simple ritual performed by NOTshopping.... going into a store with a group of people and pushing empty shopping carts. Its been adopted around the world as a culture-jamming technique. But, before it proliferated as it has now, it started in April 2001 in Troy, NY as a one-time experiment.
