It's time to put the DiY ANIMATION WORKSHOP video blog out there into the world. There are a bunch of short animations up there now. Some have been part of the My Survival Kit shows of the past, some have been created by students (I teach animation to 3-5 graders), and others are treats from elsewhere. There are several peoples' work represented here. the credits are listed after each video. Check it Out and spread the word, please. This will be updated roughly weekly, with a new animation. I am attempting to coin the term everydaytournement, which is the product of using stop-motion techniques, and diy mixing to mash-up print and a/v samples in quick tidbits of detournement. Also - stay tuned for a new 28 minute episode of My Survival Kit in early March.
